It's a frequent query that we get like clockwork. You can sync new reviews for your product if you are using the Ryviu Unlimited membership.

Synchronizing new reviews is a great way to increase trust in your store and services. If you have an Unlimited Ryviu membership, the process is simple and can be done in just a few steps. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your Ryviu account and go to the Products section.

  2. You can select the product reviews you want to sync new reviews. You can filter products that have reviews to find your product reviews quickly.

  3. Once you have opened the product review, click the Update button, choose the date range of new reviews, and click Sync now.

  4. New reviews will be highlighted in gray, making them easy to identify.
