How to import Shopee reviews?
Note: Please be aware that the feature to import Shopee reviews is supported by Ryviu Chrome Extension version 2.2.0 and subsequent releases.
Step 1: Navigate to your Ryviu dashboard > Products section:
Step 2: Click on the icon Import review next to the product.
In the popup, enter the Shopee product link that you want to import reviews, select Merger reviews or Replace reviews, and click on Import reviews button.
If you select Merger reviews, you can combine existing and new reviews. By contrast, if you click on Replace reviews, new reviews will replace existing reviews in the Ryviu dashboard.
You can manage reviews by clicking View reviews if the importing process finishes.
