If you'd like to reset or reinstall the Ryviu App from your Shopify store, please follow these instructions.
Log in to your Shopify store admin > Apps > Click on App and sale channel settings.
Click "Uninstall" next to Ryviu: Reviews & QA
Click "Uninstall" button on the following popup.
Done
Uninstall Ryviu's Chrome extension
Open your Chrome browser.
Right-click on Ryviu's Chrome extension at the top bar of your browser
Select "Remove from Chrome..."
Click Remove
You are done
Please note that once the Ryviu app is removed from your store, all reviews will be disabled, and all connections and the Ryviu code included in your store will be removed. You can reinstall Ryviu and reconnect your store with the plugin by following this guideline.
