Export reviews to CSV file

You can easily export your reviews from your Ryviu account to a CSV file. This allows you to back up your reviews, analyze the data, or modify them.

If you modify your file using Excel, please save it as a CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited) (*.csv) or a CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv) file.

Exporting your reviews to a CSV file with Ryviu is simple. Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Access your Ryviu dashboard

Log in to your Ryviu account and navigate to the Products section from your dashboard.

Step 2: Select the product reviews

Choose the product reviews you want to export. You can select one product review or many product reviews to export reviews to a CSV file at once, depending on your needs.

Step 3: Export the Reviews

Click the Export button to initiate the export process.

• Export reviews of each product: click the three dots icon next to the product and select "Export reviews".

  

• Export reviews of selected products: please filter products "Have reviews", choose products you want to export, and select "Export reviews".

  

  You can select 20 products at once to export reviews to a CSV file.
  

• Export all reviews at once: Click on "More options" button, and select "Export all reviews". Our app will send a download link to your email so you can download the CSV file.

The feature to export reviews in Bulk supports the Ryviu Unlimited plan only.

The CSV file will be downloaded directly to your computer. We recommend using Google Sheets to edit reviews in that file.
