By default, Ryviu imports Amazon reviews as they appear on the original product page. To import reviews in a specific language, such as translating German reviews into English or filtering for Spanish only, follow this guide.
Prerequisites: You must use the Google Chrome browser on a desktop and have the Ryviu Chrome Extension installed.
This step ensures you view the product page in your preferred language. You need to:
Access the product page on Amazon.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click on "Country/Region" and select the desired country.
Click “Go to website”. This will open the country's Amazon marketplace in a new tab. You have to log in to Amazon again on this site.
On the new country/region Amazon website, find the product you want to review and copy the Amazon product link. This link will direct Ryviu to import reviews from the chosen region site.
Navigate to your Ryviu account to import reviews. You will receive reviews in the language of your preference.
