Enhancing your store's customer experience is easier when you can display reviews in your native language. While Ryviu cannot translate reviews, it allows you to import reviews in your preferred language.
You can import translation reviews from Amazon with a few steps.
Step 1. Set up on Amazon
This step ensures you're viewing the product page in the language of your choice. You need to:
Access the product page on Amazon.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click on "Country/Region" and select the desired country.
Click “Go to website”. This will navigate you to the Amazon marketplace of that country in a new tab. You have to log into Amazon again on this site.
Step 2. Copy the product URL
In the new country/region Amazon website, find the product you want to take reviews and copy the Amazon product link. This link will direct Ryviu to import reviews from the chosen region site.
Step 3. Import reviews
Navigate to your Ryviu account to import reviews. You will get reviews in the language that you prefer.
