Enhancing your store's customer experience is easier when you can display reviews in your native language. While Ryviu cannot translate reviews, it allows you to import reviews in your preferred language.
You can import translation reviews from Amazon with a few steps.
This step ensures you view the product page in your preferred language. You need to:
Access the product page on Amazon.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click on "Country/Region" and select the desired country.
Click “Go to website”. This will open the country's Amazon marketplace in a new tab. You have to log in to Amazon again on this site.
On the new country/region Amazon website, find the product you want to review and copy the Amazon product link. This link will direct Ryviu to import reviews from the chosen region site.
Navigate to your Ryviu account to import reviews. You will receive reviews in the language of your preference.
