'The product suorce has no reviews' when importing reviews from Amazon

If you encounter this issue while importing reviews from Amazon, please follow the instructions below to check and solve the problem.

You must log in to your personal Amazon account using the same profile's Chrome browser to import reviews.
  • Make sure your Amazon product link includes ratings with reviews, as our app can import these from Amazon.

  • If you enable the Import by ASIN option from Ryviu Settings > Import Reviews > Option for Amazon, make sure the Amazon variant you selected before copying the Amazon product URL has reviews.
