From your store admin, click Apps, search for Ryviu: Reviews & QA, and open it.
Go to Settings > Membership in your Ryviu dashboard.
Downgrade to a free plan.
Click the Unsubscribe button.
Submit by clicking the Unsubscribe button again on the popup.
Your plan will revert to a free one once your billing cycle ends.
Downgrade to a lower plan.
Click the Edit membership button.
Please choose a lower plan if you'd like.
Click the Next button.
Select the payment method and click Approve to complete.
