Import reviews from dropship product URLs for Shopify products

Essential notices before starting the process:

- Ensure you have installed the Ryviu Chrome extension and are using the Chrome browser.

- The Ryviu Free plan can only import reviews from AliExpress.

- To import reviews from Amazon, log in to your personal Amazon account using the same Chrome browser profile associated with your Ryviu account.

- You can load a maximum of 100 reviews from each Amazon product page. It’s impossible to set the number of Amazon reviews per loading time.

- With Etsy reviews, you can import reviews from a product page that includes the item’s own reviews section (tab). The maximum number of reviews for each import time is 100.

Here's how to import reviews for your Shopify products.

1. From your Shopify store admin.

2. Open Apps > click on Ryviu: Reviews & QA.

3. Open Products under the Ryviu app, and click the Import Reviews button at the top-right corner of the Import Reviews icon next to each product.

   

4. In the import review page, click Select product and choose a product you want to import reviews for.

   

   You can click the Import settings button in the top-right corner to change the settings before importing reviews.
   

5. Add a product URL of the review source, such as an Amazon or AliExpress product URL, to the Dropshipping URL list, then click the Import reviews button to import reviews.

   

   By default, you will get 20 reviews per time, so if you want to get more reviews:

   • Click Import settings button, change the value of Review quantity per import, and click the Save button.

     

   • Go back to your product, click Import reviews, and click the “Load more reviews” button (b) to get more reviews.

   • Click the “+ Add URL” button (d) to import reviews from multiple links.
