Image Display
We’ve improved the mobile media viewing experience for review images.
In the Mobile settings → Media modal section, you can enable the following options to allow customers to switch between reviews while viewing images:
Enable vertical slide reviews on media modal
Enable swipe gesture
Show navigation buttons (Up/Down)
Customer Name
Choose whether to display the customer’s full name on mobile by enabling the Show full author name on mobile option.
The “Verified buyer” text is available alongside the verified icon.
To enable this feature, turn on the Verified icon option in the Review details section and the Verified text option in the Review content display section.
Additionally, customize the background color of the Verified buyer text in Color → Verify icon → Background.
Ryviu now supports Auto-generate AI Review Summary, helping shoppers quickly understand overall product feedback.
This feature automatically analyzes customer reviews and generates concise summaries, making it easier for customers to make informed purchase decisions.
How to enable
You can enable it from General → Auto-generate AI Review Summary.
