By default, when you reply to a comment or answer a question on your shop, your username will be displayed. However, you can change it by using one of the two below ways.
1. Reply from Ryviu dashboard.
From your Ryviu dashboard, please click on Settings, then click on the Profile on the settings menu to change the first name and last name > Save what you've done.
After changing your name, please go to the Reviews section to search the product review to reply to comments.
If that is a question, please navigate to the Q&A section to answer:
Note: You can not update the new name to the previous comments/replies. If you want to change the name in the previous comments/replies, please delete them and add them again after updating your account profile.
2. Reply directly from your store.
You can reply to comments or answer questions directly from your store. And you need to enter your name and email address each time.
If you can't see your replies or answer showing, that means you are enabling the option to approve reviews/questions in your Ryviu dashboard. Please navigate to your Ryviu dashboard to enable them.
