We're excited to introduce two new updates designed to help you build trust and showcase customer feedback more effectively.
We've added more display options to the Featured Reviews carousel, giving you greater flexibility to showcase customer feedback and match your store's design.
To access the new layouts:
Open your Shopify Theme Editor.
Add or select the Featured Reviews section.
Choose Carousel as the layout type.
Select one of the following carousel layouts:
Classic Grid – A clean and structured review card layout.
Visual Gallery – Highlights customer photos for stronger social proof.
Spotlight – Brings individual reviews into focus with a more prominent display.
These new layouts make it easier to present your best reviews in a way that fits your brand and storefront.
You can now import reviews directly from Shopee into Ryviu.
With this feature, Ryviu supports importing up to 200 reviews per product, helping you quickly build social proof and trust for your store.
Notes
Need to install the Ryviu Chrome extension
Up to 200 reviews can be imported per product.
Imported reviews may include available review images from Shopee.
The Load More option is not supported for Shopee-imported reviews.
This feature is ideal for merchants who already have product reviews on Shopee and want to leverage them to increase credibility and conversions on their online store.
