# How to Add Ryviu's Product Rich Snippets to Your Shopify Product Page

You can add Ryviu's Product Rich Snippet to your product page, which helps you show star ratings in Google organic search results.

Adding **Google Rich Snippets** helps your product pages display star ratings directly in Google search results, boosting your credibility and driving more organic traffic to your store.

### Option 1: For Shopify 2.0 OS Themes (Quick & Easy)

If your store uses a standard Shopify 2.0 theme, you can enable this feature directly in your theme customizer without editing any code:

1.  From your Shopify admin, go to **Sales channels** > **Online Store** > **Themes**.
    
2.  Click **Customize** on your current theme.
    
3.  Navigate to the **Product template** page.
    
4.  Select **Ryviu’s Product Review Widget**.
    
5.  Check the box for **Enable Google Rich Snippet (SEO)** in the settings panel.
    
6.  Click **Save** to apply changes.

### Option 2: For Vintage Themes (Manual Code Integration)

If your store uses an older vintage theme, please follow these manual steps:

#### 👉 Step 1: Install the Ryviu Rich Snippet Code

1.  From your Shopify admin, go to **Sales channels** > **Online Store**.
    
2.  On your current theme, click the three dots `...` > Select **Edit Code**.
    
3.  In the **Sections** folder, open the `main-product.liquid` file.
    
4.  Find this line of code in the above tag. `<script type="application/ld+json">`
    

5.  Find this line of code inside that tag: `"name" : {{ product.title | json }},`
    
6.  Paste the following snippet **right below** that line:

7.  Click **Save** to save your file.
    

### 👉 Step 2. Verify Rich Snippets Implementation

1.  Go to the [Rich Results Test](https://search.google.com/test/rich-results).
    
2.  Enter the URL of your product page to verify that the Rich Snippets are implemented correctly.
