By default, Ryviu created a request review email template for you, but you can edit or create a new template by yourself within the tutorial below:

Step 1. Go to your Ryviu account > Settings.

Step 2. In the drop menu, please navigate to Email notification section. Then you can customize the request email template (1) and thank you template (2) by clicking on the button Customer email template.

You can personalize all elements in this email template by changing the template title, email subject, and text and loading your store logo. Click on Advance Editor to get the design in detail for editing. Please remember to click on the Save button at the last step to save your changes.

Ryviu allows you to edit the thank you template to match your needs. Similar to email request review, the design is clear and straightforward to customize. Please click on the Save button after you are done with it.
