In Ryviu, you will need to create a separate account for each store. It is a little bit confusing when you have too many stores. But don't worry. You can easily log in to another Ryviu account from the Ryviu dashboard.

You can use the same email address when creating multiple Ryviu accounts, just make sure you use different usernames. Please verify your email after creating an account by clicking the Verify link, then you can use the quick access function.

You can see a list of your store at the top left of your Ryviu account. Click on a store then you can log in to Ryviu account which is connecting with your store

Note: You don't need to confirm email if you install Ryviu app from Shopify App Store and use the same email for your multiple Shopify stores. You also can quickly log in to your Ryviu account from Shopify store admin > Apps, click on Ryviu - Product Reviews app to log in.
