If you forget the password to access your Ryviu account, you can follow one of the tips below to access it.
Access your Ryviu account from the Shopify admin store
With the Shopify store, you can log in to the Shopify admin > Apps > Click on the Ryviu app to open your Ryviu dashboard.
Once you log in to your account, click Settings > Password, Reset now, and you will get the reset password link in your email.
After resetting the password, please log in to your account using your Ryviu username. You can check your username from Ryviu Settings > General > Profile, click Edit.
2. Access your account from the other Ryviu account
If you use the same email address to register multiple Ryviu accounts and verify your email, you can log in to a Ryviu account from the other ones. Please take a look at this article to get more details.
3. Reset the password
Resetting the password is the only way you can do it if your store is WooCommerce or Prestashop. Please click here to reset the password.
During the processing, there are some notices for you:
Nobody knows your password, even our Ryviu team. Therefore, you don't need to reset the new password after logging into the Ryviu account with tips #1 and #2 if you want.
If you can't see the email to reset your password, please check junk emails in the Spam folder.
If you use the same email address to register multiple Ryviu accounts, the password of all Ryviu accounts will be changed when you reset the new password for an account.
