At the moment, Ryviu imports the latest reviews at the time you get them. There are two situations that you might have.
Your product has both imported reviews and real reviews
If your products has both imported reviews and real reviews, please follow the below steps to get the new ones from Aliexpress, Amazon, Esty, DHgate, or Walmart.com.
Step 1: Export reviews of that product to the CSV file.
Step 2: Please follow our instructions to import new reviews for that item.
Step 3: After opening the CSV file on Google sheets, please deleted all reviews that you imported from the dropshipping sites. If you keep those reviews, your product will get duplicate reviews.
You need to keep reality reviews with a specific email address, then download the new CSV file to your computer.
Tip: Reviews from Aliexpress, Amazon, Etsy, and DHgate reviews have the email is "[email protected]"; Just mark all and delete them. You need to keep reviews which have no email (added by CSV editor) or have email addresses (added by your customers).
Step 4: Import reviews from the CSV file. You need to click on Merger while importing the file to combine new reviews and reviews in the CSV file.

Your product do not have any real reviews
In this case, please follow the following steps.
Step 1. Import reviews as our instruction.
Step 2. When you get the notice that product review is existed, please click on Replace button.
Note: All reviews of that item will be removed and replaced by new reviews if you click on Replace button.
