Some cases make the Ryviu chrome extension does not work. This guideline will help you fix it.
Update Ryviu chrome extension
Normally, the Ryviu chrome extension automatically updates to the latest version. But, sometimes it might delay a few days. But, You can force Chrome to update them.
Just go to the Extensions Tab remove your current Ryviu chrome extension.
Re-install Ryviu extension here.
Log out your Amazon account, Etsy account, or DHgate account
You can not import reviews if you log in to your Amazon account, Etsy account, or DHgate account. Please log out of your account and try to import reviews.
Enable the option to auto access Dropshipping sites
If you try the above methods, and the Ryviu chrome extension does not work, please follow these steps:
Access your chrome extensions > Turn on the Developer mode.
Click on the Detail button of Ryviu chrome extension > Enable the option to Automatically allow access on the following sites.
