Note: This option supports Paid memberships only. If your email is verified in Email notification, please skip steps 1 and 2.

Step 1. In your Ryviu account, please access to Settings > Email notification to verify your email address.

Step 2. Ryviu app will send you an email. Please login to your email account to click on the Confirm email button.

Step 3. From your Ryviu dashboard, please navigate to Settings > Email automation > Click on Customize email:

Then click on Send test email button.

After sending the test email, please log in to your email account to check your email template. If you can't see it, please open your Spam or Junk email box to check. If you got any questions, please feel free to contact us :)
