Follow the steps below to set up Ryviu request review email automation.
If you want to create automated email to send review requests, you should follow the instructions below.
Note: This feature only works on Ryviu paid plans.
Step 1. Login to your Ryviu account > Settings > Email Automation
Precheck Send request review emails automatically.
Step 2. Select trigger order status to send request review email
For Shopify: You can set up your timing to after order status Purchased, Fulfilled, or Delivery
For Delivery status, Ryviu allows you to time review request emails based on product delivery.
Delivery-based timing allows you always to reach your customers if your delivery times differ between orders.
You can use delivery-based timing using Shopify's shipment_status field on orders.
For WooCommerce: You can set up your timing after order status Processing, Complete.
Step 3. Set up your review request email timing.
You can set the timing between day, hour, and minutes after action.
Step 4: Set up a Thank page or redirect to your page after the customer submits a review
If you choose the Thank you email option, please click on Thank you email settings to set up your own thank you email setting.
You can select Redirect to customize URL so customers will be redirected to the URL you want after they submit reviews.
Please create your own thank you page on your store and add a URL in the Customize URL field, so customers will be redirected to that page after they leave reviews.
