Following these steps below to set up Ryviu request review email automation
Customer reviews allow businesses to see what works, be discovered by new customers, and sell more products. Please follow these instructions below to discover how to set up your request review email
Step 1. Login to your Ryviu account > Emails > Automations
Enable "Email review request". Only Ryviu paid plans can enable this feature.
Step 2. Set up your review request email timing.
Set the action to send emails
For Shopify: You can set up your timing to after "Purchased", "Fulfilled", or "Delivery"
After "Delivery", Ryviu allows you to time review request emails based on product delivery.
Delivery-based timing allows you to always reach your customers if your delivery times differ between orders.
You can use delivery-based timing using Shopify's shipment_status field on orders.
For WooCommerce: You can set up your timing to after "Processing", "Complete"
Select delay time to send emails after action
In "Time delay", you can set the timing between "day", "hour", "minutes" after action.
Step 3. Set up your "Request review email" template
By default, our app will send emails using our default template and our email.
We recommend you verify your domain email to send request reviews email to refer to this instruction:
Change "Your domain" and "From name" to the value that you want your customers to see in your request email
You can create another template in Emails > Templates, then select your own template in "Template"
Step 4: Set up thank page
By default, after customers left a review, we will open a thank you page from our side depending on your "Thank you" template if you select "Type" is "Template".
If you select "Type" is "Redirect to the URL" then please add URL that you want customers to redirect to it after they left reviews.

Please add your discount code when creating this email template
Type Redirect to the URL:
Create your own thank you page on your store, add URL in the "Your URL" field so customers will be redirected to that page after they left reviews.
