Why are products not shown in the Ryviu dashboard?
When you install the Ryviu app, it syncs your Shopify product list. If you upload new products to your store after that period, Ryviu cannot auto-sync them. As a result, some products in your Ryviu dashboard must be included.
How to add new products?
To add new products to the Ryviu dashboard, navigate to Products section, click on More actions button, then click on Sync new products.
The synchronization process will run in the background. Please check the synchronization process status near "Product" heading.
