The Translating AliExpress reviews option lets you import reviews into your local languages. It can increase your chances of making more sales and even provide quick wins for your customers.
Here are two steps that you need to do to import and translate reviews from AliExpress to Shopify.
To set up the language for reviews in your Ryviu account, you need to:
Access to Products (1), then navigate to Import reviews (2).
Click Import settings in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to the Option for Aliexpress section. Here, you need to:
Select the language in the Translate reviews option.
Select the countries and regions in the Filter by Country option.
You will receive reviews in your chosen languages if you select both languages and the countries from which to import reviews.
Finally, hit the Save button at the bottom right corner.
For example
Suppose you select Russian as the language and choose American Samoa, along with eight other countries. In that case, you will receive all reviews from the chosen countries in Russian (see the screenshots below).
