Ryviu app asks to install or update Ryviu Chrome when importing reviews

Please follow the instructions below to solve the issue

If you have already installed the Ryviu Chrome extension but still get the message "Please install or update Ryviu Chrome plugin to import or load more reviews." when trying to import reviews, you can solve the issue by following these steps below:

Please try to reload your browser and reimport reviews again.

If you still have issues, please follow the steps below to update or reinstall Ryviu Chrome extension and try to import reviews.

  1. Go to the Chrome menu and select "More tools" > "Extensions."

  2. Find the Ryviu Chrome extension and click on the "Details" button.

  3. Enable option "Developer mode"

  4. You'll see an "Update" button if an update is available. Click on it to update the extension.

  5. If you still have issues, could you try disabling and then re-enabling the extension?

  6. If the above steps don't work, you can try uninstalling the extension and then reinstalling it from the Chrome Web Store.
