This problem occurs because the product sync process may put a strain on your server.

How do I add my products there?

To add products to your Ryviu account, they must have reviews. To import reviews, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click the 'Import Reviews' button to open a pop-up window.

Step 2. Copy the product URL from sources like Aliexpress or Amazon and paste it in the pop-up.

Step 3. Enter the product handle in the 'To new product' field.

Step 4. Click on the 'Import review' button.

Your product reviews will then be added and can be customized.

You can also write reviews directly from the reviews widget on your WooCommerce store. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our Support team.
