I forgot the password

If you forgot the password to access your Ryviu account, you can follow one of the tips below to access it.

You must log in to your Ryviu account using your Ryviu username on the login page.

With Shopify users

1. Login to your Shopify admin.

2. Click Apps on the left sidebar menu.

3. Click on Ryviu: Reviews & QA to log in to your Ryviu account.

4. Access Ryviu Settings.

5. In General > Profile, click Edit to get your Ryviu Username and Email.

   

6. Copy your email

7. Access to reset password page

8. Enter your email, and click the Reset button.

9. Login to your email and click on the Reset password link.

   

10. On the reset password page, enter Password and Confirm password fields.

11. Click Reset Password button.

With other platform users

If you use the same email address to register multiple Ryviu accounts and verify your email, you can log in to a Ryviu account from the other ones. Please take a look at this article to get more details.

1. Access to reset password page.

2. Enter your email, and click the Reset button.

3. Login to your email and click on the Reset Password link.

   

4. On the reset password page, enter the Password and Confirm password fields.

5. Click the Reset Password button.
