It's a frequent query that we get like clockwork. You can sync new reviews for your product if your Ryviu membership is Unlimited.

Synchronizing new reviews is a great way to increase trust in your store and services. If you have an Unlimited Ryviu membership, the process is simple and can be done in just a few steps. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your Ryviu account and go to the Products section.

  2. Select the product reviews that you want to sync new reviews for. You can filter products that have reviews to find your product reviews quickly.

  3. Once you have opened the product review, click on the "Sync new reviews" button, choose the date range, and then click on "Sync now."

    Ryviu allows you to update reviews in three different time periods.

  4. New reviews will be highlighted in gray background color, making them easy to identify.
