A Ryviu free plan can import only 20 reviews. If you encounter a limit of 20 reviews even if you have a Ryviu paid plan, it's due to the default Ryviu import review settings. To import more than 20 reviews:
👉 Step 1. Change Ryviu Import review settings
Login to Ryviu Dashboard.
Go to Settings > Import reviews.
Set the number of reviews on Review quantity per import. This number is limited per plan.
Click Save button.
👉 Step 2. Load more reviews for your product.
The load more feature is supported only for Ryviu paid plans. If you are a Ryviu free user, you can only load the 20 latest reviews.
Login to Ryviu Dashboard.
Click the Products
Select the product you want to get more reviews,
Click on the Import reviews button.
Click Load more reviews.
