One of the primary updates to highlight is the enhancement of photo quality within the reviews widget. We have adjusted the photo ratio and increased the resolution, resulting in clearer and more attractive images being displayed.
II. Add more customizable options
In this update, we've added numerous customization features to help tailor the review layout to seamlessly integrate with your store's design and meet your specific requirements.
1. Heading
In the previous version, you were limited to four predefined heading layouts. With the latest version, you have the freedom to choose which elements you want to display in the heading, allowing for greater flexibility and personalization.
2. Body
Within the body of the reviews widget, where customer reviews are showcased, we've implemented several noteworthy changes:
Shop owner's replies are now exclusively displayed.
You can reply to reviews directly from your Ryviu account, eliminating the option to respond to reviews directly on your store.
For the Masonry theme, each review now includes one image for enhanced visual appeal.
Customers can easily view all images associated with reviews by simply clicking on each image within the heading.
3. Widget color
We also add a lot of color customizing choices for this edition. Aside from the previously mentioned options for changing the color of the buttons and star ratings, you may also customize the popup, reviews form, etc.
4. Carousel theme
In the previous version, customers were required to manually click through arrows to navigate reviews in the Carousel theme. However, in this update, reviews can be automatically loaded, streamlining the browsing experience for your customers.
To set up, please access to Settings > Customers reviews > Enable the option Autoplay for Carousel theme > Save the changes.
III. Enhance Review Loading Speed
Improving the speed at which reviews load is a key aspect of this update. By optimizing the loading process, reviews are displayed quickly, ensuring that your customers have a seamless experience. This enables them to browse reviews comfortably and make swift purchasing decisions.
