Import reviews from dropship product URLs for WooCommerce products

Essential notices before starting the process:

- Ensure you have installed the Ryviu Chrome extension and used the Chrome browser.

- The Ryviu Free plan can import reviews from AliExpress only.

- To import reviews from Amazon, log in to your Amazon account using the same Chrome browser as your Ryviu account.

- You can load a maximum of 100 reviews from each Amazon product page. It’s impossible to set the number of Amazon reviews per loading time.

- With Etsy reviews, you can import reviews from a product page that includes the reviews section (tab). The maximum number of reviews for each import time is 100.

To import reviews for your WooCommerce products, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Add your products

Ryviu cannot sync WooCommerce products to the Ryviu account since it may affect your server. Therefore, you will need to add products manually.

1. Access your Ryviu account and navigate to the Products section.

   

2. Click the “Add product” button.

   

3. Add your product handle and title to the popup, then click the "Save" button.

Step 2. Import reviews

Click the “Import reviews icon” of the product you want to import.

An import reviews page will show, and you need to:

1. Paste the product URL from sources like AliExpress or Amazon.

   

   You can click the Import settings button in the top-right corner to change the settings before importing reviews.
   

2. Click the “Import reviews” button to load reviews. By default setting, you will get 20 reviews for each loading time.

   

   For this step, you can:

   • Click on “Load more reviews” button to get more reviews.

   • Click “+ Add URL” and repeat the import reviews steps to import reviews from multiple sources,

   • Click on the ‘Sync new reviews” button (c) to update new reviews in the Unlimted plan.
