Import reviews from dropship product URLs for WooCommerce products

Essential notices before starting the process:

- Ensure you have installed the Ryviu Chrome extension and used the Chrome browser.

- The Ryviu Free plan can import reviews from AliExpress only.

- To import reviews from Amazon, log in to your Amazon account using the same Chrome browser as your Ryviu account.

- You can load a maximum of 100 reviews from each Amazon product page. It’s not possible to set the number of Amazon reviews per load.

- With Etsy reviews, you can import reviews from a product page that includes the reviews section (tab). The maximum number of reviews per import run is 100.

- With Shopee reviews, you can import up to 200 reviews per product.

To import reviews for your WooCommerce products, follow the steps below.

1. From your Ryviu dashboard > Products, click the Import reviews button.

2. Click the “Select product” button, then search for the product you want to import a review for.

   

3. Under Dropshipping URL list, add dropship product URL(AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy product URLs) under URL.

   

4. Click Import reviews button.

By default, you will receive 20 reviews per loading time.

For this step, you can:

• Click on “Load more reviews” button to get more reviews.

• Click “+ Add URL” and repeat the import reviews steps to import reviews from multiple sources,

• Click on the ‘Sync new reviews” button (c) to update new reviews in the Unlimited plan.
