Displaying photos in your product reviews can greatly enhance trust in your store. If you're wondering how to include images in your product reviews, you've come to the right place. This tutorial will guide you step-by-step on how to upload photos reviews and author avatars using a CSV file.
How to add photos in the CSV file?
Note: Ryviu accepts photos in .png and .jpg formats, with a maximum file size of 2MB.
In order to upload images/author's avatar, please follow the below steps:
Step 1. Open your CSV file on Google Spreadsheet.
Step 2. In the photo_urls column, enter the URLs of the image reviews. If you're adding more than one image link for a single review, separate them using commas. If you're unsure how to obtain image links, refer to our guide for assistance.
In the avatar column, enter the author's avatar file.
Step 3. Click on File > Download > Select CSV file format to download the CSV file.
Step 4. Follow our tutorial to import your CSV file in to your Ryviu account.
