This section covers all information about the products that you imported to your store. You can import reviews by CSV, manage products, edit product handle, manage reviews, etc.
Let's discover the detailed process.
Access Product Manager section:
Log in to your Ryviu account.
Click Products (1) on the left menu bar to open the Product Manager (2) section.
The detailed purpose of each button or icon is listed below:
2.1 More actions button: You can export reviews to CSV file, export reviews to XML Feeds, and sync new products when clicking on this button.
2.2 Add product button: You can add products to your Ryviu account manually if click on this button. Please click on the Save button at the last step.
2.3 Filtering products by product review status. You can show all product reviews, or enable/disable product reviews only.
2.4 Searching products in your Products dashboard. You can enter your product handle or product ID to search.
2.5 Sorting products with Newest or Oldest order.
You also can select many product reviews at once to export reviews, export XML Feeds, or delete.
Access Product review
You can view product on your store, control reviews, and do some actions by hovering on the product name, and click on the corresponding icon.
2.6 View product on your store frontend.
2.7 View all reviews of that product.
2.8 View questions and answers of that product.
2.9 Import reviews for that product.
2.10 Edit product: You can edit product handle, title, and images for that product. Please click on the Save button to save your changes.
