Install Ryviu app to your Shopify store

Ryviu app is not compatible with Shopify's Starter Plan.

This guide will walk you through the process of installing the Ryviu app on your Shopify store in order to display reviews and star ratings on the product page. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth installation.

👉 Step 1. Log In to Shopify admin

• Log in to your Shopify store admin panel.

👉 Step 2. Install the Ryviu App

1. Open the Ryviu app on the Shopify App Store.

2. Click the Install button.

3. Please confirm by clicking Install button again.

Our app automatically creates a Ryviu account and links it to your store.

👉 Step 3. Enable Ryviu setting

1. Go to Online Store > Themes.

2. Click Customize for the current theme.

   

3. Open App embeds tab and enable the Ryviu app.

   

👉 Step 4. Add Ryviu Widgets to the product template

You cannot edit or customize the theme on the Shopify Starter plan.

• Go to Online Store > Themes.

• Click Customize for the current theme.

• Select a product template from the drop-down menu.

  

• Add Product Reviews Widget

  • Click Add Section > Apps.

  • Choose Product Reviews Widget.

    

  • Please rearrange the section as necessary.

  • Click Save button

• Add Star Ratings

  • Click Add block > Apps.

  • Choose Star Ratings.

    

  • Please rearrange the block as necessary.

  • Click the Save button.
