
Follow these instructions to let customers review purchased items directly in their order dashboard.
From your store admin, navigate to Sales Channels> Online Store.
Click Customize button in your current theme.
Click on Homepage menu at the top center, select Checkout and Customer accounts.

Click Checkout menu at the top center, select Order status.

Click + Add block in the menu in the left sidebar > choose Reviews - Order status page.

Customize the texts of this block if you want.
Drag and drop this block to the desired display location.
Click Save button.
