1. Store and manage customer reviews
To access the Analytics page, go to Ryviu Dashboard > "Emails" section. Here, you can view and manage emails such as order ID, rating, status, date, and actions for all orders in your store.
2. Setting emails
To set up request emails in Ryviu:
Access Settings: Go to "Settings" > "Email Automations" in your Ryviu dashboard.
Enable and Customize: Here, you can enable email request reviews, set the timing, and edit sender information.
