Can I update my version to 2.0?

If you are using an older version of Ryviu, you cannot update to the new 2.0 version yourself.

How Loyalty works

The Ryviu Loyalty system helps you reward customer engagement and encourage repeat purchases through points, rewards, and VIP tiers.

To start using the Loyalty feature, please make sure the Reward Point Embed is enabled on your store.

1. Enable the Reward Point Embed

Please follow these steps:

Step 1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.

Step 2. Click Edit theme on your current theme.

Step 3. Open App embeds and enable the Reward Points embed.

Step 4. Click Save.

Once enabled, the loyalty system will appear and work on your storefront.

2. Earn points

Customers earn points by interacting with your store, such as:

• Placing orders.

• Submit review via email.

• Signing up for an account.

• Subscribing to newsletters.

• Engaging on social media.

3. Redeem rewards

Points can be redeemed at checkout for rewards, including:
