Aligned with Shopify's top-tier standards for safety, performance, and functionality, these changes aim to simplify the process of importing and managing product reviews for your store.

What's news in Ryviu dashboard?
While the overall interface has been revamped, the method for importing and managing reviews remains unchanged. Here's a brief overview of the key sections:
1. Homepage:
Get an overview of your Ryviu account, including guidance on importing reviews and installing the Ryviu app for your store. Additionally, news updates related to Ryviu are available on this page.
2. Products:
Manage and import reviews for your products. The buttons and functions remain largely unchanged. Detailed documentation can be found here.
3. Reviews:
This section provides a comprehensive view of all reviews. Our changes aim to offer a clearer list view. Check out the full tutorial for the Reviews section here.
4. Q&A:
The Q&A section layout is now consistent with other sections. Easily review questions, answers, and their status.
5. Emails:
Analytics in the Email section are now presented more clearly. Refer to our documentation here.
6. Partners and Settings:
Just like before, you can explore Ryviu's trusted partners in the Partners page.
And make necessary adjustments to your Ryviu account and product reviews in the Settings:
7. Import reviews
Basically, the process for importing reviews into your Shopify, Prestashop, or WooCommerce store remains unchanged. You continue to input the dropship product URL, then choose between the Merger or Replace option for the import. However, compared to the previous version, we've streamlined the steps, saving you time with each import.
For CSV file imports, there are slight interface changes. Please refer to the complete tutorial for more details.
